Unfortunately, we do not. We will only accept products that are in new condition.

Storing products is an option, however, if products must be stored longer than 2 weeks we will charge $0.39 per cubic foot per month to do so.

Yes, we are completely able to accept pallets – free of charge. However, to receive, do a quality control check on your inventory, label the outside of your pallets, re-palletize and store your shipment until they can be shipped LTL, we charge a $25/pallet fee.

The choice is yours. We will take photos of the damaged products and communicate with you on how you would like to proceed. The most common choices are to have the products returned to you or to dispose of them.

Yes of course! New or used books. We will grade each book to the best of our ability.

Our address will be disclosed once your account is set up. We have received many shipments in the past without account set up.

As soon as we have your account set up. Please get in touch with us and we will send you the information needed. It usually takes no longer than 1 business day.

Usually we can prep and ship out same day if your shipment(s) arrive before noon. If your shipment arrives later in the day, your items will ship out the next day.

General Information

Although we work with the majority of consumer products, there are certain product groups that we do not store. This include, unpacked food items, frozen food, hazardous materials, guns or ammunition. If in doubt, simply contact us.

Yes. We do have a small section of higher security with restricted access to most employees. However, we usually do not fulfill items with significant value, such as items which wholesale for more than $500.

No, we do not work with refrigerated or frozen products as we do not have a refrigerated section in our warehouse.

No. As the inventory remains in your possession, we do not insure your inventory while in our warehouse.

Should any of your inventory arrive damaged or in any way unfit to be sold to your customers, we will take photos of the item(s) and the packaging, document the damage and notify you immediately.

Yes. When receiving your shipments, our team inspects a portion of your merchandise (generally 10-20%). Should outer cartons arrive damaged on the outside of this carton all contents will be thoroughly inspected. Should you request that generally all of your arriving inventory is to be checked, please talk to your account manager, we can certainly accommodate this.

We proud ourselves of completing the receiving process in-between 1-2 business days. Some deliveries will be available the very same day.

Once we have received your shipment, we will inspect the shipment and take a picture of the packaging. The content is then checked for quantities and items. Any discrepancies are noted and documented. Once this is done, you will receive a Received Delivery Report via email from us. The last step in the process is the storage of your merchandise. Now it is ready to be sold.
